One Community Health (OCH) Hood River is an integrated health facility focusing on whole-person team-based care. Their mission is to advance health and social justice for all members of their community. OCH provides medical, dental, and behavioral health care, as well as public outreach and education.

In 2015, One Community Health was honored to open its first School-Based Health Center. Located within Hood River Valley High School, this center was in direct response to community need and the key partners who contributed to make it possible.
